Used to interface a RI8604 80GHz Dual TIM.
To improve signal reliability and offer a more robust permanent solution to a temporary implementation, the elastomer donuts used to boost port isolation and signal performance were moved from the TIM side to the block side. All RI8604 TIMs had to be modified by removing the elastomer sticker that was the previous solution.
