50 GHz Extension for 25 GHz systems
The RI8607 2-50 GHz Test Instrument Module (TIM) is a single slot module that extends 25 GHz SRC and Receiver to 50 GHz. Each TIM provides two source/receive ports. The TIM requires two 25GHz sources (RF and LO) be configured in the same test system. Full access to 25 GHz resources is maintained via pass through paths provided in the TIM. Calibration is available at the TIM and Fixture level.
