Fixture Carrier Board:
Needed to route test head DC and RF resources to fixture top plate. Carrier is designed for fixtures having 12 RF connections to the DIB (Dut Interface) board. Board has eight module sockets available for customized internal circuitry. Module control for fixture internal circuitry (switches, relays, attenuators, etc. ) consists of 8 control bits provided on the carrier board plus four control lines per socket.
